Low Voter Turnout
If Will Wilkinson is correct in saying “very low voter turnout can improve the quality of democratic choice,” just think how very very low turnout might improve the quality of choice. Especially if the turnout is exactly one, and that one person turning out is me. Democracy would be so much cooler that way.
